We meet at Trig Campground carpark at 10am.  Pack our daypacks and do
the Waterfall Hike (return 4km), taking lunch with us.  This walk will
take around 3 hours.  Once we return to Trig, we will hop in our cars
and drive to Cobblers Campground.

We will conduct a briefing and info session covering the gear you will
need to ensure is in your pack before we set off and anything you
could leave behind to lighten the load.  We will also spend some time
on adjusting backpacks to ensure the pack is comfortable.  Once our
group is ready we will start walking.

We follow a 2km downhill section of the Heysen Trail, hopefully pass a
smallish waterfall in flow.  Some sections are rocky and slippery, so
we will take our time and breathe in the beautiful scenery along the
way.  Once we reach Eagle Waterhole.   We will pop our backs down and
have a stretch.  There is a possibility we will be sharing this
camping area with other Park users so we will find space to set up our
tents with our tent buddies.

When we are all set up we will enjoy an afternoon cuppa together and
homemade afternoon tea (including a stove and fuel demonstration so
you can have a go at cooking your dinner!).  Cook dinner on our stoves
in small groups.  Dessert and hot drinks (you can bring your own
treats if you like too).  Chillax time – listen and share:  funny
travel stories, inspirational journeys and a chance to laugh.

Start the day with a fresh brew of tea or coffee (or hot chocolate) and morning stretch and 60 second meditation.

Breakfast will be prepared on the stoves provided.  Final pack up at 9.00am of all tents and gear. We will walk back to our vehicles at Cobblers Campground via 1 of 2 possible paths (2km – 5km in length).

Once back at our cars, we will stretch, unpack our bags and return any equipment.  On our way back to Adelaide if anyone is keen, we can meet in the town of Yankalilla for a choice of lunch/morning tea spots.
