Itinerary
Day 1 | Depart Adelaide, Unwind, Explore & Relax
Departing from Adelaide, we arrive at Monarto mid morning to begin our day with a gentle morning yoga session, suitable for all levels.
It’s optional to head into Monarto Safari Park to explore the park this afternoon independently allowing plenty of time to wander, observe, and connect with the wildlife at your own pace.
Or choose pure relaxation with a session at the Marula Soak House, with time to unwind and soak in the calming surroundings. There is also the option to book massages or additional treatments for those wanting to deepen their wellbeing experience.
We regroup in the evening for dinner at the resort restaurant, another chance to relax and reflect on the day.
Meals Included: Lunch, 2 Course Dinner
Day 2 | Monarto to Adelaide Hills, Adelaide
Our final morning begins with yoga and breakfast at the resort, setting a calm and grounded tone for the day ahead.
We make our way slowly back through the Adelaide Hills for a grounding Forest Bathing and Nature Therapy Walk before lunching at Hanhdorf.
In the afternoon, we visit the beautiful Jurlique Farm for a Handpicked Masterclass, where you’ll learn about biodynamic farming, botanicals, and the process behind Jurlique’s iconic skincare — a truly sensory and inspiring experience. You will have the chance to handpick your own fresh botanicals from the fields before heading to the drying room to see how they are preserved for future use in Jurlique products. You receive a little take-home personalised product crafted by you.
We’ll return to Adelaide by approximately 5:00pm, feeling refreshed, nourished, and reconnected.

Group Fitness
we want you to succeed and maximise your enjoyment, so group chats online are provided leading up to your Weekender (included as part of the tour price). These will assist you to meet your guides and other group members, ask questions on what to expect, receive advice on the trail, travel, and the destination, and gauge your level of fitness ….. we invest in your preparation
Meaningful Moments
we will bring your Adelaide Hills experience alive ….. a guide book, phone App, and interstate companies can’t do this as well as a local South Australian tour operator like us
Flexibility (2 guides)
our departures have 2 experienced female guides. Having 2 guides means we can better cater for group dynamics and individual needs. Factors such as walking pace, injuries and incidents can mean changes to the itinerary become necessary, and if there was only 1 guide then these changes will impact on your expectations and your level of enjoyment ….. avoiding this is why we always have 2 guides
Safety
our wilderness trained female guides from Adelaide carry comprehensive group first-aid kits, satellite communication devices, and safety equipment. In addition, safety procedures are in place, and constant communication is undertaken with local emergency services. For your safety, we always have multiple communication devices
Timing
we go at the best time of the year for comfortable walking conditions. We can’t guarantee perfect weather everyday, but you can book with confidence
Small Groups
a maximum of 15 only on each departure. Meaning, it’s better for the environment, and you won’t feel like you’re just a number in the crowd
Travel Assistance
our in-house travel specialists can assist you with travel insurance.
